Foo Fighters headlining Isle of Wight festival
You miserable UK bastards! It’s one thing to have Foo Fighters play two nights at Milton Keynes Bowl on July 2nd and 3rd but now you get them headlining the Isle of Wight festival on Saturday, June 11th? Lucky punks, the lot of ya!
NME.com reports that Dave Grohl and the Foos will extend their UK visit by playing right after a reunited Pulp take the stage at the festival. Isle of Wight goes from June 10-12 and will also feature Kings of Leon headlining the first night of the three-day event. The Sunday headliner will be announced on November 18th.
Tickets go on sale Friday, November 19th at 9am local time and range from £75 to £175 depending on whether you’re a child or an adult and whether you’re camping out or not. Go to IsleOfWightFestival.com for more info.
