Listen: The Vines – “Gimme Love”



So it looks like The Vines are still around as evidenced by the brand new song you can play down below. It’s called “Gimme Love” from their forthcoming album, Future Primitive, which will be released in April. Frontman Craig Nicholls, in an interview with The Music Network, also said that the band will be releasing a cover of the song “Black Betty” for a Volkswagen commercial in the U.S. sometime soon. As to why the band would do that, Nicholls said, “We just thought, ‘it’s for America, it’s good to get any exposure you can get there.’”
