Against Me! have already got a packed schedule for the first three months of 2010. Their headlining tour kicks off January 15th with a hometown show in Gainesville, FL and goes until February 13th. The animated world of Gorillaz grew recently with the addition of a new character called The Evangelist.
The drawing, done by Gorillaz co-creator/animator Jamie Hewlett, was inspired by a design sent in during a contest the band held. Fans sent in submissions of what they thought this new character would look like and the winning entry was from someone with the online name of jirouta. Looks like that guy is gonna be all the rage at his next social function.

The deluxe re-issue of Queens of the Stone Age's self-titled, debut album was originally supposed to be released on January 11th but has now been postponed until March 1st.
Ipecac Records, the company behind the re-issue, released a statement via Twitter that they had postponed the album's re-release on both CD and vinyl. The reason behind the postponing was due to a label shift. A statement… Read More

The album, which will be produced by James Ford, will hopefully be released in late Spring if the wishes of frontman Alex Turner are granted.
