Bob Dylan will perform at the Grammys
While us music bloggers always find something to hate about the Grammy awards (usually the entire award ceremony), some performances are usually revered by the online community. This year, it looks like many of us will pay our respects to Bob Dylan when he takes the stage this year.
It’s been confirmed that Dylan will play alongside Mumford & Sons and The Avett Brothers in a tribute to acoustic music during the show. It’ll be a three-song set with each of the acts performing one song a piece. I’m guessing Dylan will probably be the last one to play. Hopefully Soy Bomb will return to accompany Dylan again (watch down below.)
Other artists performing at the Grammys this year include Muse, Arcade Fire, Eminem with Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga, Florence Welch from Florence and the Machine and…Cee-Lo Green being backed by some of Jim Henson’s puppets? As long as they sing “Fuck You” then I’m all for it. The Grammys are this Sunday starting at 8pm EST on CBS.
