Watch: Mogwai – “Mexican Grand Prix”



You guys do know that Mogwai has a new album out on Tuesday called Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will, right? Of course you do!

What you might not know, until right now, is that the band released a video for the song “Mexican Grand Prix” and you can check it out up top (courtesy of OneThirtyBPM.) As someone who’s been working with video for quite some time, I personally appreciate the clip from an editing standpoint. Between the hundreds of jump cuts throughout the video, the music and the images compliment each other well. The editing and the beat of the song go perfectly together.

Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will is being released by Sub Pop Records. It’s recommended by the RiO!B’s album archivist, Harold, that you pick this one up.
