System Of A Down playing west coast dates
Look who’s back?! System Of A Down are scheduled to play west coast dates in May. According to the Scenestar, SOAD will perform on May 15th at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California; May 22nd at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Chula Vista, California; May 24th at The Forum in Inglewood, California and May 25th at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, California.
However, according to a tweet from the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the band are booked to perform in Sin City on May 22nd. We’ll have to wait for official confirmation from the band. But at least we know that System aren’t just playing in Europe this year!
UPDATE: Seven dates have been confirmed by SOAD and you can check ‘em out down below. Tickets go on sale starting March 4th and you can purchase them through the band’s website. Gogol Bordello will open for them at every stop. More dates are expected to be announced soon.

The annual land auction is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM. The auction will take place at the County Courthouse.
