Dave Grohl disses Glee, becomes our hero yet again

I fucking love Dave Grohl. The man killed at when he performed at SXSW with the Foo Fighters. He has a badass new documentary out and now he’s the newest rocker to tell Glee that it can go fornicate itself with a hot iron stick.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Grohl defended Slash and Kings of Leon, two rock acts who were attacked by Glee creator Ryan Murphy, after they said they weren’t fans of the show. “It’s every band’s right, you shouldn’t have to do fucking Glee,” Grohl said. “And then the guy who created Glee is so offended that we’re not, like, begging to be on his fucking show… fuck that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do Glee.”
As for Slash and KOL’s comments, Grohl came to their side in a heartbeat. “The Glee guy, what a fucking jerk. Slash was the first one. He wanted to do Guns ‘n’ Roses and Slash is like, ‘I hate fucking musicals. It’s worse than Grease.’ Then [Murphy's] like, ‘Well, of course he’d say that, he’s a washed up ol’ rock star, that’s what they fucking do.’ And then Kings of Leon say, ‘No, we don’t want to be on your show.’ And then he’s like, ‘Snotty little assholes…’ And it’s just like, Dude, maybe not everyone loves Glee. Me included.”
Just when you think a guy couldn’t get anymore of my respect, he goes and says something like this. Bravo, Dave Grohl. Bravo. Also, the Foos new album, Wasting Light, is out April 12th. Buy a copy knowing that none of these songs will even be butchered by that shitty TV show.

I think Murphy needs to realise that just because a bunch of kids think he’s god, doesn’t mean the entire world does
But I have to say I have lost some respect for slash every since the superbowl show, that seemed like a bit of a sell-out
I know i’m going to get hate and trolled for saying this but I am a massive fan of the foo fighters, but also Glee
I love just about all music tbh but Dave Grohl is right, no band should be insulted for not wanting to feature on the show, but maybe a bit more maturity? It’s greater to see them walk-away with their heads held high than a mud slinging contest over nothing

Everyone always says that Chuck Norris is the greatest and all that. I’ve always said they’re wrong. Dave Grohl is omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient, and simply the greatest man alive.

I think Dave is totally right. He is a rock musician. Why would he want to do that type of show. It’s not rock music. He would rather be on a show geared to rock music only. Would want kids to be listening to rock music. There is no need for this guy to bad mouth him, because they don’t like the music and don’t want to be on their show.

and that’s why my facebook religion states “I pray to Dave Grohl.”
