Watch: Kings of Leon documentary trailer
Now that the Foo Fighters are putting out their rock documentary, Foo Fighters: Back and Forth, it seems like everyone wants to cash in on the rock doc game. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy a good rock documentary, but I don’t want bands releasing them just because it seems like the cool thing to do now. Which is why I’m a bit suspect of Kings of Leon and their upcoming film, Talihina Sky: The Story of Kings of Leon.
Up top you can watch the trailer which features interviews with the band along with home movies and behind the scenes looks at the southern rockers that would grow up to be one of rock music’s biggest acts. The movie is going to premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, which runs from April 20-May 1, in New York City. No official release for the movie has been set yet.

It seems like the movie has a good story to it. it may be nonfiction, but it looks interesting
