Watch: Jane’s Addiction play Google I/O conference

What do you get when a rock band plays in front of a boring crowd full of tech nerds that are too busy tweeting and foursquaring that they’re at a concert? The answer would be Jane’s Addiction playing the Google I/O conference in San Francisco.

Up top, you can watch the whole performance as JA plays to what may have been their quietest yet probably most polite crowd. Perry Farrell exudes his slinky sexual frontman identity while singing songs from the band’s forthcoming album, The Great Escape Artist, along with some of their bigger hits like “Jane Says.” It probably wasn’t the wildest concert but I’m pretty sure you would have been able to hear every song perfectly without having to deal with the retard who drunkenly sings every song along with the band.

So if you’ve got 45 minutes to kill, check out the concert up top.

For a guy who appears to be in good shape Perry is struggling. Although, he has shaved his arm pits cause “it makes him more aerodynamic when he fights”.
