Scissor Sisters writing music for Fraggle Rock movie
What are they listening to down at Fraggle Rock? Apparently the Scissor Sisters since the dance-rock band has been commissioned to write the music for the upcoming movie about Gobo, Mokey, Red and the rest of the Fraggles.
So far, however, the band has made no mention as to whether they’ll be making the music but Music Week reports that the band was tapped to do the music after the show’s U.S. publisher, Spirit Music, made a deal with the Jim Henson Company. So far the movie has no release date yet which means until we get more of an idea regarding this film, have a listen to the classic theme song below and try to imagine frontman Jake Shears singing it.
