Well, now that I’ve actually listened to the whole thing, I feel like I can better make up my mind about this.
I think that it isn’t as bad as a lot of critics have made it sound, but that doesn’t mean that it’s good. In my book it’s descent, and I could handle listening to it.
But if the rest of the album follows the same recipe, I’d be very dissappointed.
This is one of those albums where I’d probably stream it online, and only buy it if this song is not the template for the rest of the album.

Oh my God! Hasn’t anyone told Lou Reed that he died years ago? If not someone help me get him back in “His” coffin! Metallica….what the fuck guys? A bandaid will not close this wound that you have created with this horseshit! Get back to “Puppets” or something. Bury Lou and move on.

This is bad, bad, bad. Lou Reed doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing, and Metallica, probably don’t know either. Doubt that will sell one single copy of this. Who’s crazy enough??

You all don’t know Lou Reed, and what he’s about. All you know is Metallica and their fast paced music, well Lou is the man and if he’s talking then he’ll have more to say than 10 Metallica albums. Lou Reed is the man, and Metallica understood this, and that’s why he’s on the new album, period!!

Dear Father stay the hand of the enemy and do not let one innocent Mom,Dad or child be injured or killed while the transition of troops is going on. Father we thank You for answered prayers and trust in Your unfailing love for us to continue to guide and protect our troops. Also keep the Iraqi police force safe during this dangerous time.
