Review: Lou Reed & Metallica – Lulu
On today’s Rock it Out! Blog, I review the Lou Reed/Metallica album, Lulu. If you haven’t listened to this record yet, it might be better if you don’t. It’s uninspiring and really has no redeeming qualities about it.
Yes, some of the riffs on the album are okay but it’s Lou Reed’s vocals that spoil the whole record. He speaks through the whole album and the lyrics have no depth since he sounds like he’s rambling.
What are your thoughts on the album? Stream it here if you dare.

What? Surprised? You never listened to Lou before? Well, you dig him or you don’t.
Hats off to Metallica for giving hats off to Lou, my hero.
