On today's episode of the Rock it Out! Blog, I review the new Blink-182 album, Neighborhoods.
Ultimately, this album won't be considered one of the band's classics. Older Blink-182 fans will use this album to try and remember their younger days of listening to the band while younger fans may use this album to create new memories they'll be nostalgic for later on in life.
