Watch: The Black Keys perform on Letterman



Yes it’s another post about The Black Keys. Feel free to not read this post or watch the video up top…if you’re not a fan of good music.

Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney made another late-night appearance this time on The Late Show With David Letterman and performed the track, “Gold On The Ceiling” (via The Audio Perv). So it looks like that’ll be their second single off of El Camino and I applaud the choice. It’s a great track that…what?…you haven’t heard it on the album yet? Well, you silly twat, go and pick up the record! It’s in stores right now.

Also, tickets for The Black Keys 2012 North American arena tour go on sale today starting at 10:00 am local time.

    Holy crap! They have so much energy in this performance, much better than their SNL and Colbert Report ones, IMO. Something about Letterman always brings out the best in the Keys.
