Tenacious D releasing new album, Rize Of The Fenix, on May 15th

It’s about time these guys decided to come back! Tenacious D aka Jack Black and Kyle Gass will make their return to your album collection on May 15th with their third studio album, Rize Of The Fenix.
Under The Radar reports that besides JB and Kage working on the music, Foo Fighters frontman/good friend of the duo Dave Grohl manhandles the drums on this LP. And just like the Foos newest album, Wasting Light, Fenix was also recorded in a garage; specifically the garage of producer John Kimbrough.
Fenix follows up the band’s previous album, 2006′s Pick Of Destiny, which also served as the soundtrack for the movie of the same name. Check out the title track, along with the tracklisting, down below.
