Eddie Vedder postpones U.S. tour due to nerve damage

The solo tour that Eddie Vedder was set to kick off in Las Vegas on April 10th has been put on hold. Due to temporary nerve damage in Vedder’s right arm, all of his upcoming tour dates have been postponed.
