Last night at the 2012 Revolver Golden Gods awards in Los Angeles, Marilyn Manson was the headlining attraction. But he decided to up the ante by bringing a little bit of Hollywood to the heavy metal gala.
Manson took the stage as the evening's headlining act and brought actor Johnny Depp on stage to play guitar on two of the four songs that were performed. Depp played on a cover of the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)" and Manson's "The…

You know the phrase "Think outside the box"? Well it seems Jack White has left the box behind entirely and is aiming for "Think outside the atmosphere."
April 1st may have been April Fools Day but to White it was a day to release a brand new song in a completely new way. He and his cohorts at Third Man Records decided to release 1,000 copies of an unreleased Jack White track called "Freedom At 21" via helium balloon. Allow the Third Man Records
website…

"Just like the Fenix/We'll ri-yi-yi-yi-yi-yise agaaaaaain! Yeah!" Is this the line that will usher the return of Jack Black and Kyle Gass? That would be nice.
Tenacious D had the title track of their forthcoming album,
Rize Of The Fenix, played on The Zane Lowe Show on BBC Radio 1 and you can stream it over at

Down below, you can check out video of RH performing a brand new song for the first time called "Skirting On The Surface" which was originally performed by Thom Yorke's side project, Atoms For Peace, during their 2009 tour. In addition to that, the band also performed the…

So last night Jack White made his solo debut on Saturday Night Live and, unfortunately, I missed seeing it live on TV. But that just made it even more exciting for me when I saw his performances this morning and was blown away.
Down below, you can check out White perform his new single, "Love Interruption," featuring an all-ladies band as well as a drummer to give the song a bit more of a groove. You can also check out another track off his forthcoming…

Miami, FL was where Radiohead kicked off their tour last night and the crowd in attendance got a little more than they asked for.
To start, the band performed two brand new tracks; "Identikit" and "Cut A Hole." You can watch those two performances down below. In addition to that, Radiohead broke out the rare instrumental b-side, "Meeting In The Aisle," live for the first time ever. You can also check that out down below and I can only hope that the song remains a…

The 2012 Brit Awards took place this evening in London and, like most award shows these days, the performances clearly overshadow the actual getting of awards. This was no different as Blur took the stage for the first time in three years and performed a 12-minute set that included "Song 2," "Girls and Boys," "Parklife," "Tender" and "This Is A Low." Check out Blur's performance down below.
Other artists that took the stage included Coldplay performing…

Well this is cool. Thanks to Coheed And Cambria, along with YouTube, we've got the first listen of a brand new song from the band called "Sentry The Defiant" which you can check out down below.
Frontman Claudio Sanchez wrote underneath the video, "Instead of making you wait until the album is released, I thought I'd share my excitement for this song with you now. I decided with this piece to video document it's creation. This is literally the first time…
