Alter Bridge have announced headlining tour dates throughout the U.S. in support of their third album, AB III. The tour kicks off on April 21st in Portland, Oregon and will run until May 19th in New York City. Black Stone Cherry will be opening for the band on all of the dates. For most of the year, Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy toured with Slash as the lead singer of his solo band. So Slash decided to return the favor by appearing on stage with AB in Stockholm, Sweden to provide his guitar stylings to their song “Rise Today” (via Blabbermouth).
