It’s official. The Black Sabbath reunion isn’t a complete one. Drummer Bill Ward has decided to pass on playing the upcoming Sabbath gigs including a headlining slot at Lollapalooza in Chicago this August.

It’s finally official. After making us all wait for longer than necessary, the reunited members of Black Sabbath announced they are releasing a new album and will tour the world in 2012. Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward convened at the Whisky-A-Go-Go in Los Angeles at 11:11 am PST on November 11th to make the announcement.
