If you’re just the casual Flaming Lips fan, i.e. you only listen to “She Don’t Use Jelly” and a few tracks about Yoshimi fighting robots, then this may not be for you. If you’re a fan, though, then peep this new track.

The boys of Oklahoma have a new double-album coming out called Embryonic (the cover art is up top. Beautiful, ain’t it?) The album hits shelves on October 13th and you can check out one of the 18 tracks called “See The Leaves” down below.

This album is expected to have the band collaborate with Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Brooklyn band MGMT (who also collaborate with Jay-Z on Blueprint 3 and played live on stage with Sir Paul McCartney) but this track is all Lips. What do you think of it?
