I've never been to Bonnaroo. I've always wanted to go but I never had the money/didn't have the time/wasn't impressed by the line up. But I am making it my mission to get down to Tennessee this year for the 'Roo because, dammit, I wanna listen to good music while on lots of drugs.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Amnesty International, the group has released a massive compilation called
Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International. The four disc compilation, featuring 75 tracks, can be streamed for free over at

Foo Fighters kick off a tour with Motorhead tomorrow in Tulsa, OK but I won't get to go to those shows since they're in places I'll never visit like Arkansas, Montana and Alabama. So the Foos decided to do another North American tour this September that makes it easier for someone like me to see them live.

Primus will tour North America starting this July in the hopes of converting people who just know them from the
South Park theme song.
The band's first show takes place on July 27th in Toronto at the Sound Academy and will finish up October 8th in Upper Darby, PA at theTower Theater.
