Aw, isn't that sweet? Megadeth thought the crowd in Germany was so nice that they decided to play them a brand new, never-before heard song called "Public Enemy No. 1". But thanks to the interweb, Megadeth pretty much played it for the whole world which is why we get to hear it as well.
