Maynard James Keenan is returning to your record store this year but not with a new Tool or A Perfect Circle album. The new album from Puscifer called Conditions of My Parole will be out on October 18th, Keenan revealed to Spin.com. Keenan said the band is "still mixing, but it's mostly finished," adding, "Musically, it's like Twin Peaks in the desert." Nice!
