The newest video from the Red Hot Chili Peppers comes in the form of a New Orleans Jazz funeral for the track, “Brendan’s Death Song”. The song pays homage to Brendan Mullen, a long time friend of the band and the man who would book the Peppers to open for Bad Brains at the Los Angeles club, Lingerie, back in 1983. Flea would later describe that show as a “huge step for us”.
